What's the difference between "bareboard testing and net list testing" ?
Q. How is bareboard testing and netlist testing separate or different from each other ? In a netlist testing , does the computer do a "bed of nails test" and then print out the information and automatically decide if a Circuit Board is good or defective ? How does these two test methods differ ?

A. Net list testing is a subset of Bare board testing. Net List testing is concerned with electrical characteristics, mainly of shorts, opens, leakage. Bare board testing that are not part of Net List testing are: 1. Manual visual inspection - check for solder mask, warpage, chips etc. 2. Automated optical - this would require Drill Files from CAD systems, which is beyong the Net List. 3. dimension and aligment measurements - where a board is measured for length of finger contacts and notches, such as a memory SIMM card. 4. 3D-X-Ray testing - although this is normal reserved for boards that have been stuffed. In boards that have significant IPD (Integrated Passive Devices) embedded within the board, such as Caps, Inductors and even… [cont.]

What are the chances of drug testing while on probation for assault in Texas?
Q. Possibly looking at 2 years deferred ajudication for assault in texas. Im not sure if it will be monitored or not. What are the chances of drug testing monthly during the 2 years, and what are the rules on alcohol? Ive been looking here, no drugs, or alcohol were involved in the incident. Am I not going to be able to legally drink for 2 years?

A. It depends on the conditions of your probation. If one of them is no alcohol, then you should not drink. Of course, if you do, you will revoke your probation and forfeit your deferred adjudication.

What is the process for testing drugs in the Tour de France?
Q. I've been watching the TdF for a couple years and love the sport. I'm trying to get a better understanding who gets tested for drugs/doping and who doesn't and how they decide? I'm looking for the actual stated rules and then also what truly happens. I thought if a rider won a stage he was for sure going to be tested, let alone if he wins the TDF but reading the quote from Contador below makes me believe otherwise. Check it out and let me know... ""After clinching his Tour title at Saturday's time trial, Contador said he would take a DNA test, but only if asked. "I'm innocent and I don't have to prove anything to anyone," Contador said. "Who should I have give my blood to? You?" Contador never tested positive and there is no evidence… [cont.]

A. In the Tour de France, they test the stage winner, the overall leader, and do three random tests after each stage. During training season, however, they ask where you'll be and come tou your house and take regular tests from you. That's why Michael Rasmussen was kicked out. He wouldn't tell his team where he was, so they could have him tested. Also, in the Tour, if you miss three tests in eighteen months when the doping patrol comes, that counts as the same as a positive test. I agree though. At LEAST 50% of the peloton sould be tested all the time, if not the whole peloton. I wonder if that might happen to crack down on doping: Testing every rider on every stage.
