How do you sell a mobile home without land?
Q. The land is rented - the company that works with the park to buy and sell will only help if you are buying a new mobile home. I just want to sell this one and rent an apt. Will realtors help sell them? Is it feasable to sell on my own? Do I have to hire an attorney to create the papers? Any help would be great. Thanks!

A. Do you own a mobile home that is set up in a mobile home park? Would the new owner of the mobile home still be able to continue renting the same space in the park? If so, then advertise it for sale by owner. Make sure the new owner can continue the space rental. Is it somewhere where it will have to be moved upon the sale? E.g. a relative's land, not a park, and your relative wants it gone when you go. Then you have to advertise mobile home by owner, must be moved. Since it is very expensive to move a mobile home (they are not very mobile!), there are many restrictions on the movement of mobile homes on the roads and highways, and it is very difficult to find a place to move it to, you have a BIG problem selling the thing. How do I sell my home legally using a raffle?
Q. I have a 500k home but only repo's are selling, and need to move shortly. I've seen where people sell 5000, $100 raffle tickets and anything over market and fees goes to a charity. How do I do it, and what Legal boilerplate do I include? "Void where prohibited" covers most since many states and countries buy these on ebay. My state has a lottery so raffles are ok.

A. Just because your state has a lottery does not mean you can have a raffle without a license and usually without being a non-profit organization. You need to contact a real estate attorney in your state. I do not know of any states that allow private people to hold a lottery.

How to sell to manager and pass through the gate keepers?
Q. I am working as a sales representative for a moving company, I am trying to get a contract with some multinational companies, and I am not familiar with the process of passing through the gate keeper and making the person in charge (managers) wants at least to meet me. A. Find out where he stays and try to be friendly with his wife on some pretext. The rest can be done with her help or talk to any Consumer product representative friend if any of your's who may be able to help you this way.
