What happens to saved programs after tivo service is turned off?
Q. Hey everyone, I am just wondering if anyone knows what happens to saved programs once the tivo service is disconnected (canceled). I have all the programs saved as, "Save until I delete." We are moving and so I am going to disconnect service and maybe start it up again in about 5-6 months. But I am mainly curious as to the programs I have currently saved on the system. Also will the system let me watch them even if the service is disconnected ? Has anyone ever tried this, or knows for sure what happens?! ...Thx.

A. Hi Fairy Godmother. Your programs will be fine. We canceled the service on a TiVo a few months ago because we got a new one. I can see all my stored programs and watch them as I normally did but I can't record new programs. It just says "program data not available" if I try to record. Norm

How do I get rid of saved email addresses in websites I have visited?
Q. I have a new PC and I have noticed that when I log into sites like Ebay and Facebook our emails are automatically saved. How do I erase them and stop them from being saved. I have tried under tools-browser options to clear them without success. Thank you in advance.

A. you can clear it by going to start > control panel > internet options > advanced > reset > this will clear everything that you have saved. I strongly suggest using ccleaner. It does a much better job of protecting your privacy and it is free. it will clear all the passwords and all temp files completely. get it here:

Is there anyway to recover a document I saved as a temporary internet file?
Q. I opened a document from my gmail last night ... I edited some things, then hit "save", but now I can't find the edited document anywhere because I saved it as a temporary internet file. Help -- I need this file asap.
