Where can I find the best Chico apartment rentals?
Q. I am a freshman at Chico State and I was wondering where I can go about finding a good deal on Chico rentals? I've searched the web for Chico rentals but haven't really found anything good. The dorms are killing me, please help!

A. Hello, I found a flier at CSU Chico for AllChicoRentals.com and checked it out and it was great. It was very easy to use and they had a couple hundreds apartment rentals and houses for rent. They had a bunch of property managers and property management companies from the Chico area so all the listings were relevant. It was way easier than the newspaper classifieds. AllChicoRentals.com also allowed me to filter by close to campus so I could find off campus housing for Chico State. I found a place to live in downtown Chico on Ivy St and 3rd St. I would recommend going to their website for listings of houses, apartments, or condo rentals. Good Luck!

how do I find rentals by private owners?
Q. I am looking to rent an apartment or house. I dont want to live in a huge apartment complex, maybe a duplex or apartment within a house. How do I go about finding rentals like these by private owners?

A. I love craigslist you can find anything on that website! I'm sure there would be private owners selling homes. Also on classified ads in the neighborhood bulletin would be a good place to. Good luck!

Does Zune marcketplace offer movie rentals and if so are there are a decent sellection of new movies?
Q. Also... will Amazon's MP3s and movie rentals work and play on the Zune HD? I am interested in purchasing the Zune HD and want to know these things before buying one. Thanks.

A. Yes, they offer movie rentals. You can look through the Marketplace here to see if they have what you want: The MP3s from Amazon will definitely work but I don't think the movies will work.
