A. Probably being focused on real life work or not having time to go online. I used to go on forums a ton, but a bunch of drama arose. So either of those two reasons..

A. There are thousands of chat forums (also called chat rooms) on the internet. All of them are hosted by some larger internet website like Yahoo, AOL, the NBA, etc. And each host has its own way of letting people register, join or create a chat forum / room. For example, if you wanted to join a Yahoo chat room (one that already exists), you could follow these instructions: >join But if you wanted to create your own Yahoo chat room... sorry, Yahoo won't let you do that.
