what is the next strongest prescription after accutane for severe adult acne?
Q. I have very bad, painful acne and have tried Proactiv and some prescriptions but cannot seem to get anything to work. Any suggestions of the best/strongest stuff available. I would assume it would be prescription, and that's okay.

A. Well, usually for acne, you start with a topical medication that you can apply to the face. If you are having severe acne, you would probably need some oral medication. Usually, you start with an oral antibiotic combined with a topical agent so you can use something like tetracycline orally and then benzoyl peroxide. Tetracycline is prescription but benzoyl peroxide is just over the counter so Pan-Oxyl is a product with benzoyl peroxide. If it's more severe or the oral antibiotic and the topical agent doesn't work, then you move onto either oral contraceptives (birth control pills) or Accutane. How difficult is it to get a prescription online?
Q. I want to try a Wellbutrin prescription for my depression, what I've read in reviews of other sufferers , sounds spot on to my problems. It's sold online , how does the online evaluation process for prescriptions work? I'd rather not go to a local psychiatrist, I have anxiety, and besides, office visits are expensive.

A. I really would not recommend to start using any medicine on your own without professional medical attention. It may result in serious health problems or may be even death for some people.. If your doc has verified that this med is really safe for you you can save some money if you order meds online, just check the pharmacies very careful before you buy anything. Here are some tips from my experience with online drugstores. One thing I know for sure - do not buy anything from a pharmacy that sends spam emails, I know a few guys who been ripped that way, including myself. Also avoid pharmacies that have got well known SCAM products on their product lists (like penis/breast enlargement pills, viagra for women and other questionable "product [cont.]

Any suggestions for a non-prescription way to treat anxiety attacks and claustrophobia?
Q. I've already cut down on coffee, but noticed that my anxiety attacks are happening more and more often. I also get really claustrophobic and tense in weird situations, like waiting on a check-out line or when people stand too close. I'd prefer not to take a prescription pill for any of it, but may have to look into it in the future. Are there any suggestions to lessen the problem? Like, any herbal remedies, or breathing techniques, or dietary change? And is this common with others?

A. Smelling salts or lavendar (I carried a little bag round in my pocket and took it out to smell if I felt stressed) - makes you feel less dizzy. Also deep breathing and concentrate on your breathing - close your eyes and try to forget your surroundings until you feel more relaxed. Cutting down on caffeine is a good way to go, and also sugary foods.
