A. People here are to young to really remember Hogan. I dont like Hogan but i give the guy respect for putting wrestling into the mainstream. Yahoo answers Hulk Rules being a cheater, i dont know about that and i cant understand the point behind cheating here. Who knows what anyone here does for points and im not going to worry meself with it. Its not a big deal.

Why did Nick Hogan get a harsher sentence than the adults he was racing?
Q. The guys he was racing were both in their twentys and that driver got 3 months. Nick was the only minor out of the 4 guys, right or wrong he got a harsher sentence than the guy he was racing. John has the worst sentence, life.

A. I can't believe no one said, "Because he lost the race." Seriously though - the justice system is thought of as a joke when it comes to celebrities, so every once in a while, the justice system imposes harsher penalties on a celebrity, or someone like Paris Hilton, to tell America, "yes, we are tough."
