Flip Flops Facts

Thongs, pluggers, flip-flops, or jandals are an open type of outdoor footwear, consisting of a flat sole held loosely on the foot by a Y-shaped strap, like a thin thong, that passes between the first (big) and second toes and around either side of the foot. Unlike sandals, flip-flops do not secure the ankle.

Q. Okay, if you saw my other question, it explains that I am going to Cancun for Spring break with a couple of friends, my boyfriend included - and I was asking for swimsuit opinions. But, a thought sort of dawned on me, I only have one pair of flip-flops. I want some comfortable ones, but still stylish - any suggestions? I would prefer you do not suggest the five buck ones from Old Navy, something a little more original - Nordstroms, or somewhere similar. Thanks everyone, I appreciate it so so so much!

A. Are they leather? You will never get the print out. I avoid leather bottom sandals for this reason.
