Are there any checklists or resources I can use to find and buy good Used John Deere Tractors?

A. I won't go into detail here. I'll assume you know how a tractor should run, but the 4 essentials would be to: Check the engine Check the gears Check the PTO Check hydraulic lift You will absolutely need to get on and drive the tractor to see how it feels. Make sure there is no oil burning, there is no knocking, and make sure it doesn't jump out of gear. There are obviously more elements to think about, but I'd consider these four to be the primary things to look at when buying used John Deere tractors.
