A. WOW, well I used to run a router and 3 computers I also am in amateur radio and I use a computer to talk to other computers around the world it's a digtial way, besides voice and theres many forms of digital called packet, psk-31, RTTY Wefax slowscan television amateur television and others.

Does anyone know of a telecommunications service that offers calls to the Caribbean for a flate rate?
Q. I used to call Jamaica for $39.95 monthly and I get unlimited calling. The service is no longer available through the company and I make lots of calls to Jamaica. Does anyone know if there is such a service anymore?

A. Have you looked into Skype? It's becoming increasingly popular and I use it for oversea's calls. It's free to register and the calls are free if you're calling another registered user. I use it to communicate to someone in Germany. It's done the same as phone, but as you sit at your computer and talk into a microphone or your webcam microphone. You can either use the cam or keep it off.
