Q. My sister-in-law just divorced her husband of 17 years, which they have 2 children with, 13 and 12 years old. They had the picture perfect marriage, owned their own company, and huge house, a nice boat, hummer, Audi, name it, they had it. The company went bankrupt 2 years ago, and their perfect marriage, my sister-in-law decided to separate. Unknown reasons to be honest. She began working as a manager for Mimi's Cafe from 5:30am to 3:30pm, and required her Mom's (my Mother-in-law) help with her kids. A. You said the divorce was final. What does the agreement say as to the status of the children? I assume it was that custody is with the mother. That's where the children need to be legally. If the mother-in-law continues to harbor the children against the wishes of the mother, charges can be filed against her. As far as what to do in the future... unless the mother-in-law can show in a court of law that the mother is an unfit mother, there isn't much she can do. From what you stated in your post, significant evidence that she is unfit doesn't exist. Sorry. If the father had stayed in Texas, the children could have petitioned the courts to live with him, effectively changing the custody agreement. Unfortunately, the same doesn't hold… [cont.]

A. Will our Border Patrol Agents be more prepared and ready when they are fighting against the drug wars? Only if there are well trained in commando techniques like the U.S. military, increased in numbers, and are well equipped with the latest weapons (automatic weapons, rifles, rocket grenade launchers, etc.) and support systems (latest day/night sensor technologies, armored vehicles, helicopters with cannons and air to surface missiles, etc.). The border patrol agents and local police should be prepared to kill once the illegal immigrants initiate gun fire or any hostile action. According to Perry s chart, South Texas College report to obtain an approximately 70% of the total entering freshmen didn t pass the exams and require to enrolled remedial courses and also UTPA report to obtain an approximately 45% of the total entering freshmen. South Texas College and UTPA are not the only one with high number of entering freshmen taking remedial courses. THAT is not enough to pass the necessary pre-requisite exams.
