Does anybody know of any places in Northern Kentucky that sell RV's?
Q. My family is looking for an RV and we live in northern kentucky, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any place that sell rv's near Independence, Kentucky.

A. The closest dealer is Tom Raper RV's. 5300 Dixie Highway Fairfield, OH 45014 Mon-Sat 8am-8pm 877-782-4629 But you might want to try the Classifieds (online and print), e-bay, Craig's List, etc. Lots of people are selling perfectly good vehicles because gas is just too much.

does anyone know anything about selling rv's new?
Q. i have a oppritunity, to sell rv's on a big lot. they sell them from 5 grand to 300 grand at 25% commission. im not real sure how much of a markup is on them. does anyone know anything about this? ive never even thought about it until now, please help me figure out wether to try this or not you get 25% off profits

A. Sales have slowed to a trickle, sure, our 3 salesmen sold 24 the weekend before labor day. Gas prices haven't hurt sales in the least (at least on my lot), they just encourage permanent spots instead of dragging your camper around the country. We've sold more than a few recently to people who didn't even get a hitch, we delivered the camper to the site for them and they pay rent year-round on that spot. However, I should mention, as someone else did, that you do have to be a good salesman, or you will starve. A seasoned RVer will eat an unseasoned salesman alive.

A. Put a sign in the window that says "VENDE-SE" which means for sell in portuguese. i lived in brasil for two years, AND DON'T think anyone really uses campers, (Most people own small compact cars, not big trucks). best of luck to you!
