Q. Southern Californians please i need your help!!! Missing Person? Question Details: Please I need your help! My cousin is missing! His name is Charlie Coffey, he is 53 yrs. old, and is a writer whom previously lived and worked in Hollywood California. He was last known to be living in a large RV, in a park on a lake somewhere about an hour north of LA. He was staying there with a guy named Dave, he has a serious drinking problem and has been known to be violent at times. We have filed a missing person report, but they seem to have dropped off the earth about three months ago. Some Ideas: Create a flyer with his pix and all the info and send to every campground, RV park, hospital, homeless shelter, Social agencies, food kitchens, propane seller and dump station you can find. Check for any recent activity with any unions he's registered with, check with his bank, or anyone who's written him a check, check his credit card companies, check the DMV if you have his DL or Lic Plates. Check with Social Security to see if his SS number's been used. Consider hiring a private investigator. This is the sort of things they check into. Also consider creating a website. Don't expect the police to find him. They won't unless they arrest him for something, even then they might not figure it out. Good luck, my… [cont.]
