Q. This is in relation to a I-130 being filed; and a 129-F being filed, and receiving a confirmation on both applications. I-129-f requires the consulate to apply to, on question 20 for my wife to get her K-3 Visa to come to the U.S. to live with me until her i-130 is approved.
